Caravan II Albergo

Review: We had a group of 14 people going to this establishment for which we reserved 5 rooms. I personally reserved 3 of those rooms through hotels.com on a "Pay at the hotel" basis. When we arrived, we found that the owner had already charged us for all three rooms before we even checked in. He also took our payments for two of the rooms in cash and told me he would reverse the charges on our credit card since we paid in cash. My entire group felt very unsafe at this hotel when we found that his staff went through our rooms while we were gone at dinner and there were many other issues including bullet holes in the walls, rooms were very unclean with blood on the bathroom floors and many more, so we ended up leaving this place and canceling the second night as the owner would not come back to the hotel because he lived 20 minutes away. The owner has charged my credit card $587.49 plus took our cash payments for these rooms.Desired Settlement: Since he received payment in cash for theses rooms when we checked in, I want my credit card refunded for the fraudulent charges.
