In regards to this complaint as follow up to my phone conversation with the Revdex.com rep on 9-21/This customers complaint is not validOur warranty covers cracking and crazing as follows - 0-months after purchase, Recreation Unlimited LLC will repair at no charge any cracking and crazing in the gel cote, 7-months, Recreation Unlimited LLC will repair any cracking or crazing of gel cote at a 50%-50% shareAfter months, there is no gel cote warranty for cracking or crazing of gel cote.
In this case, Recreation Unlimited LLC at its cost repaired said boat once even though it was well out of warrantyNo further repairs will be authorized as warranty has expired on this boat.
A copy of our warranty is available on request if needed.
Please notify the undersigned that this has been addressed and no negative as it relates to Recreation Unlimited LLC and its brands will be recorded.

I have reached out to the folks at Caravelle who might be able to assist...
with this situation and they have requested photos of the cracks that the customer has found in his boat. Clear photos that show the extent of the damage will enable us to determine the correct course of action. Can you assist with getting those? or should I contact the customer directly? I'm not sure what the proper protocol is for asking questions of the customer when they are using your service.
