On 3/31/– Thursday – Customer called at 3:p.m(business hours 8:– 4:pm relayed the problem – at which time I apologized profusely for any inconvenience she was experiencing – explaining that my warehouse was closed and we are closed on Fridays – even if we could fill the order that day it would be too late to get anyone to pick it up – for approxmin or more this conversation went on back and forth and no matter how many times or ways I apologized – she wasn’t happy.I do not know any business who does or has the time to track shipments once they are picked up by any carrier.I told her I would get it out on Monday which is exactly what I did – I told her I cannot account for what another co./person told her – as far as calling her back, she is not my only customer for which orders need to be processedMy supervisor – Mr [redacted] (pres./owner) of the company did speak with her – he did not change his story – he did tell her the pkgshipped Monday and “what difference did it make what Fedex did or didn’t tell her – its gone” This woman was not shouted at – was treated professionally but refused to accept anything that was told to her including my sincerest apologyIf you have any questions you can call 414-353-Sincerely, [redacted] Administrative Assistant

See the FedEx tracking information attached to prove that they are not being truthful about the FedEx date of shipment. FedEx scans packages when they are picked up. And Menomonee is very, very close to their place of business so it is creepy that the business is implying that it is a problem with FedEx. Case closed.
