My doctor checked moles on my back and one tested positiveHe recommended I see a DermatologistI found a doctor *** in Williamsville and waited several weeks for an appointmentThe doctor just looked at my skin and did no test, etcI asked about skin spots on my arms, face and chestShe said everything looked and was not concerned about the positive mole test from beforeI told her my other doctor sprayed a mist of liquid nitrogen on a face spot years agoShe said she could do that alsoI ASKED if it was any extra or is it no big dealShe said it is no big deal and used a q tip to touch it to spot on my faceIt took about a minute just like when my other doctor did itThere was no mention, disclosure or discussion of any additional office fees or charges
I paid $at the visit by cr cardWhen I received the invoice there was a separate line item listed for surgery besides the office visitI called and asked to speak with the doctor to remind he

DONT SEE THE DR!!!!!! MY SON'S PRESCRIPTION EXPIRED AND THE PHARMACY SENT OVER A REQUEST TO RENEW IT AFTER DAYS AND TRIPS TO THE PHARMACY I CALLED THE OFFICE THEY HAD NO INTENTION ON FILLING IT AND NO INTENTION ON CALLING MEMY SONS BACK WAS BLEEDING THIS IS A DAILY CREAM HE NEEDSTHE DRIS OUT ON VACATION FOR TWO WEEKS AND THEY ARE NOT REFEREING PATIENTS TO ANYONE!!!!! THEY AHVE NO VOICEMAIL OR ANSWERING SERVICE WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED AND I SPENT SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE WHAT KIND OF DRS OFFICE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS??!! I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEIR STAFF OR LACK OF SERVICE
