March 28, 2015Dear [redacted] ; In regard to the complaint from [redacted] please be advised that our taxi service covers a very rural area and our drivers sometimes as in [redacted] case drive to miles to pick her up [redacted] called for the taxi service on several other occasions prior to 3/13/and as they were just about at her residence she called and cancelled as she got another ride to workWe left her slide a few times for cancelling and as a matter of fact my driver even went out of his way and began his day at 5am So he could pick her up at 5:45am to get her to workCarbon taxi hours of operation are from 6am until midnightOur policy is: if our driver is dispatched and you cancel right before he arrives we will not pick you up again until you pay a $cancellation fee as again our drivers travel many miles to pick someone upThis is not the city and we are not around the corner.The call she cancelled was to go pick up Chinese food which was almost 9pm and when the driver arrived she cancelled and said the Chinese place closedNot the drivers fault and not the dispatchers faultAfter that incident she was told you owe a $cancel fee or our service will not pick you upA few days later [redacted] called giving a different name and the Taxi was dispatchedThe driver reported to the office that it was in fact [redacted] She continued calling and was told the taxi will not come to that address unless the $fee is paid the number was then blockedHowever she continued to call from other telephone numbers [redacted] will not get an apology but she should apologize for lying and giving a name and she can think that the fee is ridiculous, however if she had to pay for the gas to get to her destination or if She was charged from the time the taxi was dispatched to her she might think differentlyThere is no other taxi service in [redacted] County so I guess if she really needs the service she should pay the $Cancellation feeAgain she cancelled many times prior and we let her slide but enough was enoughRespectfully, Marie K, President

I requested service on 3-13-15, maria answered the phone and said if this is Jackie I'm not sending you a cab unless you pay my driver a $Cancel fee which was never mentioned to me on any occasion beforeNo services were rendered so I owe them nothing, their very rude and unprofessional, I
needed to get to work on that day and she refused serviceIf I could file a lawsuit I would because there was no reason for her to do what she did, blocked my number and hung up on me a few times

[redacted] called for the taxi service on several other occasions prior to 3/13/2015 and as they were just about at her residence she called and cancelled as she got another ride to work. We left her slide a few times for cancelling and as a matter of fact my driver even went out of his way and began his day at 5am So he could pick her up at 5:45am to get her to work. Carbon taxi hours of operation are from 6am until midnight.
Our policy is: if our driver is dispatched and you cancel right before he arrives we will not pick you up again until you pay a $25.00 cancellation fee as again our drivers travel many miles to pick someone up.
