Review: Carbon MW INC is ultimately ignoring any type of contact I send to them. Carbon is a manufacturer of bodyboards located in San Diego, CA. My company sold 8 products to ship overseas to a customer, the customer never received the products and Carbon informed me that they would launch a investigation for the shipment and refund us when they receive the funds. The total that Carbon MW INC owes us is $1635 USD. During this entire process, both owners have made countless promises to refund us for the incomplete shipment that happened. We received one check for a total of $200, now making the total balance $1435. More promises have been made and we await a check. It's been over 30 days now since i've last had contact and still nothing. I made an attempt to contact them again to make sure it was on the way, I receive nothing. Both owners of Carbon MW INC are completely ignoring any form of contact I try to make. Making it impossible for me to retrieve the funds that my company is entitled to. This order was placed on April 28, 2014. We received a check for $200 December 22, 2014.Desired Settlement: We want our refund as promised! I sent a very professional email to the two owners asking for a refund in a final attempt before taking legal actions in order to get the issue resolved.
