I build my house with Sable, which became part of Hope well, worst experience ever
I would never recommend to any one, after having this experience , I don't know if I would ever build the house again
My advice read your contract with Hope well very careful , before you sign anything
Customer service, terrible, they don't answer the phone calls,
After we moved in, we did report some problems to customer service, they told me to contact the contractors directly, problem with the furnace, water tank, leaks from the toilet, flooring with damage panels, front porch wooden instead of concrete , retaining wall to short , many other details, very low standards , still acceptable by them
Last year I have to take lots of time off work, to have some repairs done
The customer service is not working in favour of the customer, they work in favour in contractors and the builder
I'm so tired of dealing with them , so I will pay by my self for the repairs due to their negligence
Hope we'll residential is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. To start they broke our foundation and did not offer any sort of compensation for it. Because the contract is awful there was no way of pulling out of the deal. Then finally when we moved in there was a large slope transition between our tile to hardwood. We had to fight to have this fixed and in the end had to move into our brand new home and then move out for a week. We have lived in our house for 7 months warranty is impossible to get ahold of. There is still drywall marks on our walls, no painting has been done. I have had two sinks leak to the point the cabinets have had to be replaced. I never can get ahold of warranty or our sales person any longer. Worst experience I have ever had.
