David CarCo Direct 3:PM to me Thank you for your feedback on your purchase of the [redacted] - [redacted] with 106,miles We would like to reply to your concerns with the following: We allow vehicles out for minute test drives An additional minutes or so is permitted if needed You requested a test drive that would have the car out for a estimated time of hour which we politely declined because we do not like to run the risk of something happening along the way This [redacted] was a trade in at our dealership that we had inspected at [redacted] located on [redacted] Rd in [redacted] , Ohio ( [redacted] ) [redacted] found the brakes to be in good condition and they only recommended that we replace the drive belt and both rear wheel bearings which we did before putting the vehicle up for sale We have receipts for the repair and also the [redacted] inspection We inspected and service all of our vehicles prior to sale to assure a safe and reliable vehicles are sold to our customer that we value very much You were not told to use the extended warranty you purchased to service the brakes Extended warranties do not cover wear and tear items such as brakes, tires, etc We could not release the vehicle to you because [redacted] Credit Union, the credit union you chose to finance this car through did not provide you with a check to pay for the vehicle or even a letter of credit/guarantee to provide us We can not release a vehicle based on a "promise" of funds with nothing in hand to show proof In order to obtain a check or letter of guarantee prior to arrival and pickup, you would have had to provide [redacted] Credit Union with a purchase order so they can process your loan before arriving which would have allowed us to release this vehicle to you immediately without a delay because they would have provided you a check or a letter of credit/guarantee We apologize for the name error on the memorandum which is a mistake made by the title bureau This can and will easily be corrected immediately and a new memorandum title will be mailed to you.We would like to conclude this by saying that from start to finish, we do our very best to make sure all of our customers are well taken care of and are provided excellent customer service Please take time and read some of the hundreds of positive reviews we received over the years!
