Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was nothing but respectful and honest with ***, the owner, and ***, the salesmen throughout this whole processIt wasn't even full days when I decided to take the car backThe only reason why I'm taking the car back is because I was in distress the whole time especially when I was asked to put more money down then I actually had and after a motorcycle fell on my childrenIn regards to the sign: my children are and and they don't know how to read [redacted] and the receptionist were harrassing my children the day I gave the car back asking my children questions and coercing an answer out of themIt was very unprofessional for them to talk to small children when you are doing business with an adult and to accuse me of filing a frivolous suitI'm not a doctor and I assume [redacted] isn't a doctor eitherIt took people to get the mororcycle upWhen a 5,pound bike falls on children(even if it grazes them) there could be hairline fractures or internal bleedingThat's why there is a medical professional involved because they are the expertsWhy wouldn't I or any other parent for that matter not want to get that second opinion? [redacted] repeatedly applied for a loan and was in contact with our Sales Associates weeks prior to her purchasing the Ford ExpeditionThe day of the purchase, she was dropped off by a taxi cab with her two childrenThe children were told repeatedly by heir mother and by our Sales Associates and myself to stay put [redacted] and [redacted] had already discussed the deal and were signing the contract when I saw her children grab the motorcycle which has a clear DO NOT TOUCH sign on itThe motorcycle fell to the ground, both children were out of harms wayI asked the children repeatedly if they were okay and if anything hurt, they said they were fine and nothing hurt and continued spinning our lobby chairs Days later, [redacted] decided to surrender the vehicle due to the fact that she found a better deal elsewhereUnfortunately that is not how the car business operatesOnce we denied her returning the vehicle, she threatened to sue us for the motorcycle incident and physical damage to her children which were just as lively as they were when they came in at the time of the purchaseWhen we did not comply , [redacted] began talking about frivolous lawsuits

Mr. [redacted] was well aware that the vehicle came with only 1 key and no key fob or floor mats at the time of purchase. He test drove the vehicle and visually inspected it, and not once did he mention that that the key was an issue or anything about any damage, and did not complain about the floor mats. Again, he purchased this vehicle AS-IS and nothing was promised or implied. We also have photos of the vehicle before the sale proving that there is no front end damage We did however try contacting Mr. [redacted] to schedule an appointment with our service department for the noise. He never returned our calls and failed to make that appointment. This is our first time hearing that the floor mats and key were an issue. The several times that we spoke in person and on the phone, he did not mention those items. As stated in previous response, as a courtesy we are willing to Give him another key with a key fob, check out the noise, and we will also throw in Aftermarket floor mats. Free of Charge to him. Again Mr. [redacted] had buyers remorse and is upset that he could not return the vehicle as stated in his contract. We even offered to switch him to a different vehicle and he deiced to keep the one he has now. We would like to resolve this with Mr. [redacted] and have offered him what he is requesting.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was nothing but respectful and honest with [redacted], the owner, and [redacted], the salesmen throughout this whole process. It wasn't even 2 full days when I decided to take the car back. The only reason why I'm taking the car back is because I was in distress the whole time especially when I was asked to put more money down then I actually had and after a motorcycle fell on my children. In regards to the sign: my children are 5 and 4 and they don't know how to read. [redacted] and the receptionist were harrassing my children the day I gave the car back asking my children questions and coercing an answer out of them. It was very unprofessional for them to talk to small children when you are doing business with an adult and to accuse me of filing a frivolous suit. I'm not a doctor and I assume [redacted] isn't a doctor either. It took 3 people to get the mororcycle up. When a 5,000 pound bike falls on children(even if it grazes them) there could be hairline fractures or internal bleeding. That's why there is a medical professional involved because they are the experts. Why wouldn't I or any other parent for that matter not want to get that second opinion?

This company is a fraud. I bought a car there about 1 week ago and they told me they had just done the service on it and that it would last me at least 2-3 years because it only had 80,000 miles. I magically ran into the ex owner and he asked me what I knew about the car? Come to find out they messed with the mileage and the car had almost 200,000 miles on it and my techs at work inspected it and it was leaking oil from. The cam cover and smelled like gas every time I gassed it up. It was rusted everywhere and the rear brake pads were worn out. I went back to them and they had the nerve to tell me what they did wasn't illegal lol They refused to let me talk to the owner and finally when I told them I would file a law suit , I received a call from them telling me to bring back the car and they would return my money. When I went to get my money the owner had the nerve to ask me why I was angry and that I wouldn't get financed anywhere. And for me to leave his property. Only because I don't have time to really get a lawyer is the reason why I didn't file a lawsuit. I don't understand how someone can be in bussiness still. Horrible people and even worse buying experience.

The day of the purchase, she was dropped off by a taxi cab with her two children. The children were told repeatedly by heir mother and by our Sales Associates and myself to stay put. [redacted] and [redacted] had already discussed the deal and were signing the contract when I saw her children grab the motorcycle which has a clear DO NOT TOUCH sign on it. Unfortunately that is not how the car business operates. Good morning,
I'm actually going through the avenues or filing a complaint with you and the City of San Diego. I'm also consulting with different lawyers to see if I will have a case before I actually file a Civil suit. If the issue is resolved and I'm satisfied, then there will be no...

need to go to court. Thank you for understanding.

Review: I bought a 2002 Ford Expedition XLT amd was financed through Carco Sales and Finance. The salesman's name is [redacted] and the owners name is [redacted]. Before I signed the contract, a motorcycle in the store fell and my 2 children were involved. It took 3 people(including myself) to get the motorcycle back up. My children seemed to be fine at the time. I proceeded to sign the contract after this happened also while instructing my children to be quiet. I was in distress the whole time while signing the contract after the motorcycle fell and in between talking to my children, I wasn't paying attention to what I was signing. Before then, I was asked for a bigger down payment for the vehicle that I agreed to pay by October 1, 2015. I spent about five and a half hours purchasing this vehicle. When I went home, I did not feel good about the deal at all especially being distress abouy the events that took place and about the $3,120 that I mistakenly agreed to pay just to get out the door after being at Carco Sales for so long. Not even 2 day later, I decided that there was something wrong with the deal I made and physically went in to return the vehicle and get my money back, which was $1,380 in a down payment. I was told that I could not bring the vehicle back and receive my money back either due to California law. My wife, [redacted] spoke with her Chief in the Navy, her Chief personally called Carco Sales and was told that I could not return the vehicle due to store policy which is two different reasons they came up with as to why I couldn't return the vehicle. I researched California law and under one of the codes of me being distressed that the contract would be null and void. I'm in the process of filing a Civil suit again Carco sales. I returned the vehicle and key, took pictures and asked for copies of my paperwork which they did not oblige. I would appreciate if you could further investigate this issue and be the mediator between my wife and I and Carco Sales([redacted]).Desired Settlement: I want like to be free and clear of all financial responsibilty for the returned vehicle.
