Review: The process of restoration has taken them more than 6 months and they are still not done. We agreed to stop working together since I was unhappy with the progress. They lied to me and said the chrome was trapped in Mexico when it had, in reality, never gone to Mexico to be done. They owe me a credit of $600 and they will not release my car. I had made a progress payment on July 23, 2015 for $4500 on my [redacted]/Debit card. They want me to bring them $4500 in cash then they will credit me the $600, credit my card the $4500 and then release my car. I refused to do this since they have had the payment for over 3 months and I am not disputing the payment. I fear they will not credit me back. I think they fear I will dispute the charge but, according to my bank, since the charge is over 60 days, I could not dispute the charge. My bank sent me this information and I forwarded it to them and they still refuse to release my car. I had an attorney draw up a document stating I am and will not ever dispute the charge and they still will not release my car. They owe me money and have my car and will not release it!Desired Settlement: I want to be credited the $600 and get my car and all its pieces back!
