I just recently went in to see if the company could help me with lowering my bill. We brought up to the customer advisor that my Uncle who's had his service for about a month less than I've had it is paying $150 for the highest grade of internet service, the highest tier of cable packages, and as well as home phone. Where as I am paying about $170 for basic plus cable, and a tier 3 internet service. The lady definitely had an attitude as if she didn't want to help me and always tried to cut me off as if she already knew what I was going to say. She brought out all of these papers showing me what the prices of the services were and ended there. That's not what I was trying to find out. I asked her what she could do as far as helping me save money or give me the same services as my Uncle who lives across the street from me but did not even try. Needless to say I will be transferring services within the next few days. I do not recommend HTC because they will charge you outrageous amounts of money for almost no services at all.
