Dear Revdex.com and Birtha, In regard to *** * ***’s claims against Carcrecredit Autogroup Yes it is true that we had a reputable service company make mechanical repairs to the vehicle over months after she purchased the vehicleCarcredit Autogroup was kind enough
to lend Miss *** a loaner vehicle (A nice Infiniti G35) to drive free of charge while her Toyota Matrix was being repaired. When it was time for Miss *** to come in to pick up her repaired Toyota, she brought back our Infiniti G“wrecked “ with over $3,in body damage to the vehicle. She claimed the damage was not her fault because someone crashed into it while parked on the street when she was sleeping. We stated that by law she is liable for the damage and that she needed to have our vehicle repaired at her expense. She stated that she would file an insurance claim but to date she still has not done this , nor has she made any mention that she would attempt to take care of this damaged vehicleThe Infiniti is still sitting on our storage lot with over $3,in damage due to Miss ***’s negligence. Now in regard to the repairs to Miss ***’s Toyota… The bill to repair her vehicle was around $4,000, it came with a month warranty, and we generously agreed to split the bill with herWe also were kind enough to front her share of the $and allowed her to pay us back over time. Of course when her first payment on the repairs was due, she made an excuse that the car was not running properlyWe said “no problem, the car has a warranty” and invited her in so we can have the car looked at free of charge, but she never came. Then about weeks later I get this Revdex.com Complaint letter. She contradicts herself by saying the “car was running fine up until yesterday”…. So I can only assume that the car was running fine a few weeks prior when her payment to us was due. Ms*** doesn’t seem to be the sanest of people but we would be happy to have our mechanics fix whatever issue she is having with the vehicle free of charge, as the repairs came with a warranty (if she is in fact having any issues). But before doing this we would need to have our Infiniti Grepaired as agreed and she would also need to be current on the payments agreement that she agreed to for the $2,that she still owes us

Hi Bertha, this is Jason at Carcredit AutgroupWe received the additional information from *** *** on this matter today. I wanted to communicate with you that we are willing to attempt to come to a resolution with Mrs***. We are going to inspect the vehicle on Frior early next week and then we will get back to see if we can come up with something agreeable to both parties. Is there anything that you need from me at this time? Regards, *** *** Carcredit Autogroup Pomona RdCorona, Ca
