I am rejecting this response because: this company still will not tell me or Revdex.com what the suspicious activity is they are "claiming" is the reason the put my card on hold which I will say I pay outrageous fees to use! And again I only use this card for direct deposit from DOR!so the only activity they see is DOR depositing my child support payments and ME withdrawing my child support payments.if they are ganna put a card on hold ,espically with no notifications to the card holder, then they should at the very least give that cardholder specific reasons as to why its being on hold.I didnt get ANY reason until I contact Revdex.com!but now that they are using suspicious activity as their excuse,I want to know exactly why because I dont want this company doing this to some other blind sided consumer who depends on that card to be active to get the money they need to live! And now that they are being questioned by Revdex.com they are trying to come after the consumer and make ME look like the bad guy or that I was doing something wrong with the card I purchased, has been using for several years for the same thing, with the same activity for years and that I pay these crazy fees to use!they should have better business practices!

CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TALKED TO AT LEAST 4 PEOPLE AND TWO SUPERVISORS, NONE OF THEM COULD TELL ME A REASON WHY MY CARD WAS BEING PUT ON HOLD! Which was one of the reasons I was extremely upset about this.Now in their response to Revdex.com they have a reason,wether its made up or not because the request cane from you ,I dont know but thats not what I was told! They said they didnt know why but every now and then it happens,which now im even more irritated and appalled that they are now giving a reason which I honestly dont believe.I only use this card to have child support from DOR direct deposited on it and thats all I use it for and have been for many years,and for them to now come back and tell you its because of suspicious activity is ludicrous!!!!!! I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO TELL YOU THE SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE I PROMISE THEY ARE LYING JUST TO GIVE YOU A LEGITIMATE RESPONSE!!! There has NEVER been any suspicious activity and I demand to know what ! This is again the way I receive my chikd support and for them to put a hold on my card I have had for several years with no letter, call, or warning whatsoever and for me not to be able to access the fund I need for my child is astonishing to me that this company can do something like that with NO JUSTIFICATION OR CAUSE!!!!! I am beyond furious and and disgusted with this company and how they practice! I could give you the number for my card so that you could access all my transactions and see there has been ABSOLUTELY NO suspicious activity!!!!they are a fraud and once this is settled and I can actually get the child support that has already been deposited on my card while it was put on hold I am cancelling this card!!
