Im not sure what ground you are using here? The two applications clearly show your signatureIn the first claim, you tried to say that we made a copy of an applicationWe proved that to be wrongNow you are saying it is your signature BUt you didn't sign the application? I am not sure what you are saying here? There was two applications, you signed both of themThe second application indicated that there was a $cancellation fee if you cancelled before the three year commitment was fulfilledYou cancelled and we charged you per our applicationNo one is hiding anything or being dishonestAll of the facts are clearly laid out in front of youAs for the new owner, none of that really matters as we did not have any contract himIf he did continue service with us, that would have had nothing to do with youRegardless of why he didn't do business with us, none of that releases you from your obligation with usI trust my repsWE have hundreds and hundreds of merchants and have no problems everWe pride ourselves on being upfront with all of our clientsYou can clearly see that there is no alterations to either application that you signedSo how are we being dishonest? I appreciate you uploading the shipping/tracking number on the equipment, but as I stated before, we never charged you anything for it

Im not sure what ground you are using here? The two applications clearly show your signature. In the first claim, you tried to say that we made a copy of an application. We proved that to be wrong. Now you are saying it is your signature BUt you didn't sign the application? I am not sure what you are saying here? There was two applications, you signed both of them. The second application  indicated that there was a $495 cancellation fee if you cancelled before the three year commitment was fulfilled. You cancelled and we charged you per our application. No one is hiding anything or being dishonest. All of the facts are clearly laid out in front of you. As for the new owner, none of that really matters as we did not have any contract him. If he did continue service with us, that would have had nothing to do with you. Regardless of why he didn't do business with us, none of that releases you from your obligation with us. I trust my reps. WE have hundreds and hundreds of merchants and have no problems ever. We pride ourselves on being upfront with all of our clients. You can clearly see that there is no alterations to either application that you signed. So how are we being dishonest?

I appreciate you uploading the shipping/tracking number on the equipment, but as I stated before, we never charged you anything for it.

Attached are the to contracts that we have for this business. They are the SAME signatures on both applications. I am not sure how she could say we could produce a forged document as they are two completely different applications. She was given the second application in 2014 because she needed a...

machine upgrade and wanted next day funding. We offer the equipment for free BUT require a new contract which she signed. We do not have a blank document of anything and it is preposterous to believe that we would even do anything like that. [redacted] has been a long time client and came to us by a referral (as do most of our merchants). We are a very honest, upstanding company and it is very un-professional to make such wild claims about us. [redacted] did tell us that she was selling the business and gave us the information to the new owner however, she is misinformed how that transaction took place. The new owner set an appointment with my agents after we contacted him SEVERAL times to discuss keeping our services. He then called ahead of that appointment (a couple days before it was scheduled) and stated that he chose to keep the processing with his bank because he had a long standing relationship with him and they gave him a personal loan for his business. That was it. It was not any negligence on our part at all, just a decision by the new owner.  Consequently, we were never given back our machine. According to our agreement with the previous owner (Karen), she is required to send that equipment back to us within 10 days or she would also be held responsible for the equipment cost. She has not sent this back to my knowledge. (and we have not charged her for it)

Card Payment is not being honest at all.  Yes it is my signature but I never signed an original stating I would use them another 3 years.  Further, the man I sold my business to, Mr. [redacted], will back me up on the claims on how he was treated trying to keep the service.  Additionally, Mr. [redacted] did NOT GET A LOAN !  It was a cash deal....Also, I am uploading the copies of the tracking on the return of their equipment which was done immediately.  It was delivered and signed for by an [redacted].  These people continue to lie.
Regards,
