Review: This organization calls me a lot to offer me "a lower interest rate on my credit cards". It starts as an automated calling service then if you wait they connect you with a call center to speak with someone. (I think the calling center is in India because of the accents of the people.)
-I placed my number on the national "do not call" regeistry about 10 months ago. Even still I continuelly receive these same phone calls. This has become a nuisance as I have tried at least six times to ask the person who answers the phones to add me to a do not call list or I ask how I can get them to stop calling me. I also feel that this has become a form of harassment with the number of calls that have been made to my phone. As I soon as I ask these the person on the phone about this they immediately hang up. Yet they do not add me to a do not call list and I keep getting unsolicited phone calls from this business. I can not block them from calling me with the features on my phone because every time this organization calls me it is from a different phone number. This has very aggravating and annoying because I have tried to ask them to stop and they choose to ignore my request.Desired Settlement: I want to be added to a do not call list or removed from their calling database. Quite simply I do not want to ever receive another phone call from this organization.
Review: Called me 3 times after I saod put me on the do not call list. Hung up om me both times. I called the number back which is [redacted] . Immediatly tried to sell me ams I said yet agaon to put me on the do not call list n the female called me a dumb [redacted] and hung up on me. I called back again. They knew my name and told me to get a life and hung up againDesired Settlement: I think this business is a scam and it should be shut down.
I received a call offering me a zero percent credit card from "Card Services". Their phone numbers wree 855-563-4437 and 855-563-4431. they took $200 out of my account. I have received nothing. I am working with my bank, Ohio Valley in Gallipolis, OH to get the money back. I closed my account.
