Please find the attached documentation that support spa works perfectly fine.To whom it may concern:This letter is in reply to complaint #[redacted]This letter will clarify that Mrs. [redacted]'s has not had any issues with the Hot tub delivered on01/28/15. This is based upon site visits on dates 07/09,...

07/17 and 07/23 (see attached servicetickets) as a courtesy we went to Mrs. [redacted]'s home at no charge to her and each time foundthe spa in perfect working order.The first visit was a Ground Fault Circuit Test (GFCI) which test that the customer has properlyinstalled the hot tub for their own safety. This test is explained in the spa manual as well as theelectrical box where the customer's electrician made the connection. The spa slimily trips thebreaker and the customer is instructed to reset it. If the breaker is faulty the spa will not turnon. The GFCI breaker is attached to the customer's home and has nothing to do with the spa.Our service technician went to the customer's home and reset the breaker which is part of thestartup procedures and found nothing wrong with the spa.Mrs. [redacted] called again and was concerned with balancing her water. We had previouslyexplained to her during the hot tub orientation how to properly balance her spa on a weeklybasis. We gave her further instruction but after talking with her we decided to send a servicetechnician once again to her home and found nothing wrong with the spa.Although it is not Carddine's responsibility to balance the water in Mrs. [redacted]'s spa wedecided to send the service technician for three consecutive weeks at no charge to her home tobalance the water and check all functions of the spa to prove to her that the spa was in perfectworking order.Each time the technician went to the home he found the water clarity to be fine and functionswere all in perfect working condition. The customer never complained of water clarity or anyissues with the spa. (I've attached signed service tickets).I have spoken to both the technicians that have gone out to maintenance Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]'sspa and their findings were the same there was nothing wrong with the spa.Regardless of the spa brand purchased all hot tubs like swimming pools require to be properlysanitized and maintenance on a weekly basis, if a spa is not properly sanitized and for waterclarity, it is part of owning a hot tub!Carddine has gone above and beyond to assist the [redacted]'s we have been in constantcommunication with Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]. We have gone out of our way to service Mrs. [redacted]'sspa even though each time we found nothing wrong with the hot tub.If the customer is not willing to maintenance the spa in a weekly basis we suggest they hire aspa service to perform this task. Sincerely,  [redacted]Administrative AssistantCarddine Home Resort ProductsPhone: [redacted]
