As said before the BMW is going to remain at the dealership, due to the face that I am not satisfied with the vehicle nor the dealershipAs the BMW being my first actual purchased vehicle out of a dealership it has been nothing but a hassle and embarrassment given that it's a BMW. As to the response *** *** gave about the vehicle being used "excessively"As he pointed out himself, the vehicle had to be picked up due to over-heated and left me stranded, within only a month of being purchased! Did I excessively used the BMW to its limits in a month in which I caused it to overheat, I don't think soYes the BMW is used as a "daily driver"I work miles from my house out of days a week, for months is a total of 13,miles and one trip to Florida (which is about 2,miles to and back) in February 2013 in which I advised your finance/accountant Efrain that I had to vehicle for less than month and I was already having problems, and if the BMW didn't make it to and back to Florida it was going to remain there and it would be the dealerships responsibility to get it back to Harlingen

I am answering to complaint #*** on behalf of *** *** on a BMW Xpurchased on 11/from Cardneas Metroplex. My name is *** *** General Manager at the dealership and was present when the vehicle was initially sold as
a used vehicle to *** *** on November with 50,miles. The vehicle currently has 69,as of January 2014, based on the purchase dateand miles *** *** has drive the vehicle 19,in the last months which would be excessive driving in the short time the customer has had the vehicle. Below you will see a time line of service and repairs made to the vehicle up through January and what had been covered under warranty:
November 2012: Vehicle Purchased Miles: 50,
December 2012: Customer concern overheating Reprairs was to replace water pump covered under warrantyMiles 50,
June 2013: Oil Change miles: 62,
January 2014: Customer concern: Check Engine Light on, A/C not working properly, Oil leak
Repairs were performed and repaird on the A/C and Oil Leak under Warranty,
Repairs not covered under warranty and not repaired were the Coils and Clock Spring which would be concedered Customer Pay for $which the customer refuses to pay. Customer still owes the deductible the A/C leak not covered under warranty, customer abandon the vehcile here at the dealership and refuses to pay for any repairs. Warranty paid $3,659.94.
Customer refuses to pay any items not covered under warranty nor has she paid for any work performed deductibles which we have waived on two diffrenent repairs. This BMW did not have any issues or lights on when sold to customer and it appears after driving the vehlce for close to 20,miles on months exposes the vehcle to repairs, customer was aware that the vehicle was being sold as a used car. The vehicle remains here at the dealership and we do not know what her intentions are to keep or return the vehicle to the finance company.
Below is my contact informaton if you should have any questions or concerns over this matter. Our intention is to help the customer however, the warranty company does not cover every component and the vehicle was sold as a used vehicle. The customer pay portion that the cusomter refuses to pay are repairs at a discounted price including parts and labor. We currently have her keys and vehicle and awaiting to hear from her with her intentions
