I cancelled my card December 22nd 2013 because of fraud and I ordered another card and a month ago I never received my card. they cannot tell me why I haven't receive my card. they are not making any effort to resolve this issue. They keep telling me the address may be incorrect which is not because I verified it with them via fax and phone. They have been holding my money illegally and something needs to be done!

These are robocalls from "Bridget" or "Carmen" from Cardholder Services about reducing one's credit card rate. I have been getting them frequently for several months. I registered with the National do not call registry in July, but I've still been getting these annoying scam calls. When you press "1" to talk to a person (I've only done this twice), you get told you are on hold and are number -- on hold. (Obviously a ploy to get money by raising your phone bill). How can I stop these calls?
