Mr [redacted] was here on December 16th for a groom He was not happy with the length of the cut and stated not enough hair was taken off He was told to come back for groomer to fix it THAT day or within a week She is very experienced and more than happy to fix a groom that a client is not satisfied with within a reasonable amount of time He chose to wait until January 19, which is day shy of weeks, NOT weeks as he stated A "fix" is done within a week After weeks, the hair is mostly grown out already That is a new groom Another bath and a nail trim were also done along with a brand new cut.When Mr [redacted] initially scheduled this appointment , he was very rude to our receptionist who was just letting him know that his dog's vaccines were past due and needed it for a groom He became irate with her as she was just doing her job and following protocol He accused us of being money hungry and hung up on her Vaccines are required for all pets to come to the hospital that need to stay for any reason Every animal hospital is like that So he was already upset that he could not bring the dog without vaccines Our receptionist told him that if he did not want to vaccinate there were other places he could take his dog that do not have same requirements as a hospitalWhen Mr [redacted] came to pick up his dog, he refused to pay the groom bill I came to talk to him and politely explained the situationHe was extremely rude He became very angry and irate with meHe said and I quote "SHUT UP AND GO AWAY.' I responded don't talk to me that way He then said "I WILL TALK TO YOU ANY WAY I WANT-WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT?" HE THEN CALLED ME A THIEFIt was all in a very threatening manner.I have multiple witnesses on how he spoke to me, including a client that was in an exam room that heard everything Mr [redacted] was NEVER told that the groom would be free weeks later He was specifically told to come back right away, a week at the latest, for our groomer to cut the hair shorter to his liking If he misunderstood that, it is not our fault Kathy did a complete new groom, again, WEEKS LATER She gave him a discount on the cut, but the bath & nail trim was full charge If he would have come back within that weeks' time, another bath and nail trim would not have been done

I am rejecting this response because:One, this manager was not even there the day I picked up the dog on Dec But she seems to know about all of this more than me.There were receptionist there on Dec when I picked up my dog and neither one of them told me I had to bring back the dog in days Or I would have booked on the spot I told them that it was not big deal and I would bring back after the holidays Again, not one of those ladies said a word about that.A few days later the groomer called and apologized Again, she did not tell me that I need to bring the dog back within days I also told her at that time I was not upset and I would bring back the dog after the holidays.So we have people that I spoke to and not one of them said to me days If I had known that I would had gotten her there I made the follow up appton Jan Jan was the earliest I could get her back in with groomers schedule.Was I rude, upset, raised my voice Yes I was They are not telling the truth when they say that people told me days No one and I mean no one said that to me until they used that on Jan to charge/steal my money They threaten me with collectionsI am more than happy to never step foot in that place again if this is how they treat there customers I have spent allot of money there with regular grooming, shots, health related issues, their wellness checks and such since the beginning for both of my dogsHowever means more to them than just admitting there mistake and the truth of telling me days

I am rejecting this response because:One,  this manager was not even there the day I picked up the dog on Dec. 16.  But she seems to know about all of this more than me.There were 2 receptionist there on Dec 16 when I picked up my dog and neither one of them told me I had to bring back the dog in 7 days.  Or I would have booked on the spot.  I told them that it was not big deal and I would bring back after the holidays.  Again, not one of those ladies said a word about that.A few days later the groomer called and apologized.  Again, she did not tell me that I need to bring the dog back within 7 days.  I also told her at that time I was not upset and I would bring back the dog after the holidays.So we have 3 people that I spoke to and not one of them said to me 7 days.  If I had known that I would had gotten her there.  I made the follow up appt. on Jan. 12.  Jan 19 was the earliest I could get her back in with groomers schedule.Was I rude, upset, raised my voice.  Yes I was.  They are not telling the truth when they say that 3 people told me 7 days.  No one and I mean no one said that to me until they used that on Jan 19 to charge/steal my money.  They threaten me with collections. I am more than happy to never step foot in that place again if this is how they treat there customers.  I have spent allot of money there with regular grooming, shots, health related issues, their wellness checks and such since the beginning for both of my dogs. However 50.00 means more to them than just admitting there mistake and the truth of telling me 7 days.
