The custom chose and test drove a Durango of their choice, the specific one they had researchedIt was too expensive and we presented an
alternativeThe Sales manager asked them it we got to their price on the alternative would it work and they told him yesSubsequently by phone Mr*** told the sales manager he thought "every durango had it so it's my fault"We have offered the tow package at our cost and given them choice of different installationsThey were never old that the alternative had a tow package and if the tow package was the most important thing on the vehicle how would it have gotten past them until after they had taken delivery? They signed a form upon delivery stating that we owed them nothingAs a result we will not add additional equipment at no charge

We value all of our customers at Cardinal Buick GMCOn February 27th, Mrs*** took delivery of her 'Buick Encore. Mrs*** was aware of the requirement from the lender to have auto insurance the day she purchased the vehicle. She signed the ATFIP (AGREEMENT TO FURNISH INSURANCE
POLICY). At no time did the dealership offer to refund her $1,down payment as this was part of the sales contract. Mrs*** has since visited the dealership and this matter was never brought up. I would be happy to review the purchase terms of the contract with Mrs***.Sincerely*** ***Operations Mgr*** *** ***

Indeed we sent mailers to a large number of people and had over 2000 visitors. 2 of those visitors won $1000 paid by check on the...

spot while everyone else returned with a Target Gift Card. The scratch off numbers matched a list of prizes which ranged from a Honda ATV to a $250 Target gift card. If your scratch off number matched the number by the prize then you had to come into the store to look at the prize board provided by the promotion company. The confirmation number was on right above the address and label as such. It is arguably the front not the back since it the side of the envelope that the address is on. If your confirmation number matched the prize board you won whatever prize the scrathoff number matched. The promotion was indeed designed to bring customers to our store and I am very dissapointed that Ms [redacted] was misled. She did not win the prize however and I cannot give her the $1000. We had 3 large, prominent disclaimers on display at the store.

Although Brad Joseph says he has responded in writing.I have not seen a response in writing or on this website.perhaps he should check his records.

1. My name is not [redacted], it is [redacted].
2. I never saw this because it was sent to our Buick GMC dealership NOT the...

dealership where Mr. [redacted] bought his van.
3. I have reviewed the situation in detail and have a suggested resolution. If Mr. [redacted] would contribute a $100 deductible Oliver C. Joseph Chrysler Dodge will pay the balance of the bill to repair the power locks on the sliding doors at no additional charge.
4. We ARE open on saturdays and have been for 20 years. 8 to 5.

Mr. [redacted] is a liar. The truck was purchased As-Is BUT I personally agreed to replace the windsheild and repair the light. HOWEVER the light had not be on until 10/22/15. So I will honor my offer to him to replace the windsheild and repair...

the light.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/10/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This claim was filed before Mr. [redacted] agreed to repair the truck. The claim was made after Mr. [redacted] said that this was no different than him calling and telling me that I owe more money. After an in person meeting with Mr. [redacted] he looked at the windshield, and check the stabilitrac and traction control.
At no time during the sale was it ever said that the sale was as is. The window sticker that states as is or warranty is not checked as is. All I was requesting for the dealer to warrant the vehicles problems that were there before I signed the final sale.
Also I have pictures and copies of the texts and the service light on the insterment cluster. I took pictures so they could see what is happening.
The truck was picked up from OCJ tonight with a new windshield. They found a problem with the stabilitrac and changed a sensor. I will drive for a while and see if the light stays off. I am from the service field and know that electrical problems are some times tough to diagnose.
To be called a Iiar by a company that clearly practices deceptive business, Makes me laugh.
I may add that the service department was above nice and easy to deal with.
Before I read Mr. [redacted]'s response I was ready to resend my comments. This is in my opinion, this is a company with problems. I would never slander the dealer, or anyone that works there. Everything that was said was completely fact at the time. It is petty and unprofessional to be name-calling.
To sum up my experiance, it was a shame that we have to get to this point to get satisfaction. If I wouldn't of said or pushed the issues, OCJ would of never done a thing to insure customer satisfaction

A used car sale or purchase is a negotiable transaction.  Anytime the manufacturer changes prices or incentives on a new car it affects used car values which often change daily with the market.  As distasteful as it may be the Chrysler 200 in question is no longer worth $18,000.  If...

it were a case of Oliver C. Joseph not being fair or reasonable then other dealers would have offered Mr. [redacted] more for his 200.  Apparently they did not or he would have sold it to them.  There is no written contract between us and never was.  There wouls have been no need for attorneys to prepare any paperwork as we would have written him a check on the spot.  Oliver C. Joseph, Inc is no longer interested in purchasing this car at any price.  [redacted]Oliver C. JosephP.S. You have the WRONG name.... there is no one here by the name of [redacted] and never has been.  Furthermore you mailed complaint to the wrong dealership.

Mr. [redacted] has had his attorney contact us previously.  As a result we will not discuss this situation through the Revdex.com.  [redacted], Inc..
