My Complaint involves health issue that caused me to be rushed to ER on numerous occasions, 12/16/19 - mid part of 02/20. According to reading the info from their contract stated from their contract: It states ER Visit- Benefits Pays if an accident or Sickness causes the Covered Person to require and receive Emergency Medical Care in an Emergency Room of a Hospital Treatment it must be received in a 24hrs of the accident.
Based upon the information by contact to me from the Hospital, this Insurance refused to pay the Billing upon receiving the information billed to them Cardinal Insurance/ MyBenefitsKeeper.
Now I'm stuck with the Bill's, and am retired, and really upset at the fact of being misled by their actions in this matter.
This is in response to Revdex.com Complaint ID.
The policy section discussed by the insured states that the plan will pay the “Emergency Room Benefit Amount, shown in Section ll of the Schedule of Benefits, if an Accident or Sickness causes the Covered Person to require and receive Emergency Medical Care in an emergency room††As stated in the policy, the insured must refer to the Benefits Section for the Benefit Amount. In the Benefits Section, the insured would see that there is no emergency room benefit for the plan into which he enrolled. Consequently, the plan correctly paid no benefits related to emergency room services.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this because when they were enrolling me over our phone conversation, they said I would be covered no matter where I went in my traveling, and that I could see any Doctor's, just exactly where they would send me if I were to be rushed to the Hospital, straight to the ER. now since I was rushed to the Hospital, now they're refusing to pay any of my Medical bills, even some to Neurology that when a call by the Neurological Secretary that was approved me to be seen, and once I was seen by them, they also refused to pay that bill, along with other bill's from Lab test. and from my personal Doctor. Pretty much their actions, and insuring me with all my emergencies would be covered, was an all an out lie of deceit. I paid much money monthly for them to not assume responsibilityand now they're saying they are not paying for nothing. As stated when I was enrolled with them, they again have not paid some of the bills that didn't pertain to the ER,...And now this to, seems more of scammers that legitimate business. I will not ever do business with them ever, and if I'm asked would I recommend them, I need not give an answer to that.
