I spoke with this customer about a week and a half agoI told him I'd have to look up his file and get back to himI called him back about four or five days later and did leave him a voicemailWe did not receive a call backWe did find the charge and can see that it was not installedWe'll mail out a refund of that charge today

We apologize for any miscommunication and look forward to resolving this matter.Cardinal replaced the flu cap times and repaired it once more for a total of times.Cardinal also credited back the customer for the full total of the cap which was #$38.The new flu caps would not fit properly on his flu pipe due to it's custom size.This is why his flu cap flew off in the wind twice.The third attempt we repaired and repainted his old flu cap to make sure that the roof would function properly.He agreed and we thought that this had concluded the flu cap issue.He also accepted the refundHe has still not paid in full for the roof and it has been over months

only paid for a small siding repairCardinal worked for free
Invoicing, estimating, supplementing, and meeting the insurance company for several inspectionsThey were told by there insurance company and Cardinal that the siding was plus years old and did not show signs of storm damage too warrant a full replacementOur signed agreement with *** and *** States any additional work not approved or paid for by the insurance is the customer's responsibilitywe cannot make promises as to what the insurance will pay forwe pride ourselves on making our customers happy and we even offered to do $3,dollars of upgraded Window wraps for freeWE also offered to do siding with zero profit Which they also refusedWe would be happy to complete any work that the insurance company paid for .once the customer has paid for the work already completed

Cardinal Contractors performed 100% of our written contractOnly after we tried to collect money from this customer did he say the work was not completedHe has paid us zero dollars and we have completed all of the workWe offered to do the additional work at zero profit and he still refused
This is a clear example of a customer that does not want to payWe have filed alien on the customer's property and is looking forward to our day in court
