not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Cardinal Curbing has neither scheduled nor completed the removal and installation of new straight front curbing at my home. Until they have completed the compromise resolution, the complaint should remain open. There were additional workmanship issues with curbing installed at the rear of my home, I pointed them out to [redacted] (one of the owners) and agreed to not pursue additional removal and re-installation if they timely and properly installed new curbing at the front of my home. Until they perform to the agreed compromise resolution, in my opinion, the complaint should not be closed.
Update addition: I met with [redacted] and they are going to tear out the front curbing and redo July 10, 2015 show up between the hours of 8-12

Cardinal Curbing finished Friday morning and the re-work looks great. I am happy with as they did a great job on the rework.

I have spoken with Mr.[redacted], we will remove the curbing from the front bed and re-install the curbing to his specifications.
