Charter Fitness automatically withdraw funds from my checking account in access of $TWO years after I cancelled my membershipBe warned if they have any bank account numbers - cancel the account and open new bank accountsWhen this happened I immediately called Charter Fitness and spoke with a manager who said they needed to look into the matter and call me back the next day which never happenedI called the next day only to be told the person I was working with left for the dayI will call every single day till this is resolved !!!! I have contacted my bank to start a official dispute since the charge was unauthorized

Had two one-year contracts with *** Fitness from 2/25/2016-3/25/2017; issues with cancellation of contract and continuous billing
- Visited in person in September to inform *** Fitness of cancellation at end of term due to move
- Mailed cancellation notice with certified mail in January
- Contract was not ended at the supposed end of term and payments continued to be taken out of my account
- Called April 11, and talked to EricVerified tracking information as staff claimed they never received the cancellation notice by certified mailContract was cancelled and refund was promised
- Two annual fees of $were charged to my account on 4/10/

Customers account does not expire until they either fill out a cancellation form or send a certified letter. We went ahead and cancelled the members account out for them, and there was a reversal of 39.00 to the account holders credit card on...

05/06/15 which is all the cardholder is owed.
