CONTACTED BY A MAN CLAIMING TO BE REPRESENTING A PAYDAY LOANS COMPANY CARDINAL MANAGEMENT. HE STATING I AM BEING SUED FOR A WRITE OFF FROM 2001THE MAN GAVE ME HIS NAME MR DAVIS, I ASKED HIS FIRST NAME THEN HE SAID WHITE, I SAID MR WHITE DAVIS, THEN HE SAID NO. I ASKED FOR HIS NUMBER AND WEBSITE AND LOOKED TO SEE WHO HE WORKED FOR WAS LEGIT. HE SAID HE WAS [redacted], I LOOKED UP SITE AND IT WASN'T LISTED. I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CONTACT Revdex.com. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION. I TOLD HIM I WOULD HAVE MY LAWYER CONTACT HIM AND HE SAID NO HE WOULD CALL MY LAWYER. I SAID NO, I WASN'T GOING TO GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION UNLESS HE COULD PROVE ANYTHING. HE SAID OBVIOUSLY I DIDN'T WANT HIS HELP. I SAID TAKE ME TO COURT THAN, AND HE SAID HE'S TRYING TO HELP ME RUDELY AND ASKED HOW I WAS GONNA PAY FOR THE $430. THEN I SAID I AM NOT AFTER TELLING HIM I WAS LOOKING UP SCAMS ABOUT THIS ONLINE AND I HUNG UP. Desired SettlementI WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS SCAM STOPPED AND THOSE INVOLVED BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

On June 23, 2016 I received a call at my place of employment from [redacted] with [redacted] Management Group a collection agency. Informing me that I owe a debt to Cardinal Management in the amount of $780.00. I have never hard of Cardinal Management, and I informed him of this. I asked when this debt incurred he said September 12, 2012. He then informed me that he would contact my place of employment and issue a garnishment against me. He called to one of our regional offices informed the person answering the phone that he needed to serve legal papers against me for a debt I owed. This is a HIPPA violation non the less. I went on line tried researching this company, and am having no luck. I tried calling a number I found online, the company associated with the number is not Cardinal Management. Since then this person [redacted] has been calling my home, work leaving messages. This need to stop I do not owe this debt to anyone.Desired SettlementI would like for Cardinal Management to contact me, show me proof of this debt. And I would like for this rude and nasty individual Cory Mason to stop calling my home and especially my place of employment. He is rude and nasty. This need to end. Thanks

company trying to collect on a payday loan that I never got or requested fori just got a call from global services a mediation firm ([redacted]) 1-888-742-0615 stating hes trying to collect a payday loan in the amount of $480.00 for cardinal mgnt 1-866-943-6712 that was suspose to gotten in august 25th of 2011 all done online he said I never got a payday loan and never have in over 17 years he also stated that it was at the address I live at now but when this suspose to happen I didnt even live here he refused to give me contact info on them so I looked it up myself and have been trying to call and cant get through.I have been identify theft before and now its happened again they are threaten to take me to court and I told them to cause I never got a loan and I do not owe them any money.I would also like to find out who is responcible for this and press charges arnt these companys susposte to varify all id info before giving out loans drivers licence and proof of address and all..if you wouls like to speak to me and get more info you can contact me at 904-259-5751.thank you I really need to get this issue resolved.Desired Settlementmy name being removed from there collection and all charges removed I never got this loan and who ever did should be responcible and if the company them selfs is comminting fraud then they should be sued and go to jail I just need this resolved I owe nothing I never got this loan

This company has called me the last two days saying that I owe them $480.00 for a pay day loan that I had taken out 8 years ago in 2008 and was deposited into an account that I did not receive till 2013. They have told me that they are going to give me court papers so I have to appear in court. I talk to my command and they told me to file harassment charges. I have also talked to my bank and they said it was a scam that it has been happening a lot and they would watch my account. The company first contacted me on 20150112 then contacted me again and I told them to stop calling me on 20150113 and blocked their number. The company called me again today 20150114 and I told them if they contact me again I will go ahead with the harassment charges.Desired SettlementI would like this company to either give me to correct information and stop changing their story, and give me proper documentation or they need to stop contacting me about false information. Business Response Cardinal Management is no longer in business and had not been since 2011. We feel this attempt to collect is not a legitimate. I received a recorded phone call this morning from [redacted] account number [redacted] saying that I have 2 charges pending against me threatening me saying that I owe $843.98 from a online payday loan from Cardinal Management LLC. So I called the number back and was told that I applied for this loan online and it was deposited into a [redacted] back in March of 2011 and that they would send paperwork to my job for me to go to court all the way in [redacted]. The account became delinquent and was eventually sold to an outside collections agency. Unfortunately, we no longer own the account, and cannot control the calls or activity. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I never took out a loan with Cardinal Management and when that guy called my he said it was deposited into an account back on 3/2011 now they saying 4/2009 it was deposited. No one never spoke to me verbal about a loan I will be getting me a laywer to handle this crap. So do not call my phone ever again and they WILL NOT get any money out of me at allFinal Business Response Cardinal Management is not calling this customer, therefore we cannot control what information she is being given. We have documented proof from the Federal Reserve that the funds were in fact deposited in to the account in 2009. She can call her banking institution to verify this transaction. Again, we are NOT the company calling her, so complaints, threats, and demands to us will not yield her any results. If she has an issue with the person calling her, she needs to take it up with them. With all due respect, this complaint is doing nothing but wasting her time.

This company has been contacting me stating I owe them money with a company of which I have never heard. They are harassing me.This company is contacting and harassing me regarding money I never received from a company I have never dealt with. I repeatedly told them to stop and I filed harassment charges with the local police. They have my name and last four of my social. I know this is a scam and I told them several times that I would be reporting them. I have also blocked their number.Desired SettlementI will look into filing a lawsuit. They are scamming thousands of people.

Claims I owe for a payday loan from 2010. Will pursue litigation. Has called work, home and my parents. Very nasty.Have received several calls from 855-228-4316 in the last couple of weeks. It's always a robocall saying I am facing litigation and may be served papers at my place of employment or at my home if I don't respond. It then gives me the same number to return the call or press 1 to speak to a representative. Most of the time, when I press 1, it starts playing music and after a 5 minute hold, says the person at ext 2501 cannot be reached and hangs up. Today, I spoke to a live person by the name of Lisa Regan who told me I owe over $5000 for a loan from 2010, but they would accept a one-time settlement of $560.18 and would not make a judgement against my credit. When I asked who she was with, she said Client Services. I then had to ask, client services for whom? She replied, Cardinal Management. I see from some internet searching that this company has been investigated for similar actions. They also called my workplace this morning and my parents have received two calls from someone claiming I'm being sued and they could face consequences. Desired SettlementI would like them to stop calling me, my place of employment and my parents. My bank has also been notified since they claim to have information regarding an old checking account that was closed in 2004.

I have a collection on my credit report from [redacted] that claims I owe Cardinal Mangment 434.00 from 2011 acct #[redacted] I have a collection on my credit report from Enhanced acquisition that claim I owe Cardinal Management $434.00 from 2001 acct # [redacted]- I have never had any contact with this company nor have I been provided by mail any proof that I owe them $434.00 - I have disputed this on my credit report and it remains on there - - this has fraud written all over it - SEND ME PROOF BY MAIL THAT I OWE THIS Desired SettlementI need the cardinal Management to inform [redacted] that no money it owed and for this to be removed from my [redacted] credit report immediately !!!- it is ruining my credit so im not able to obtain a loan- Get a real job people instead of messing with other peoples lives and trying to extort money from them.
