REFERRED TO BY A FAMILY MEMBER, I SPOKE TO THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY IN REGARDS TO A WEBSITE FOR MY COMPANY. HE ASSURED ME TOP QUALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE HE REALIZED I WAS READING THE FINE PRINT ON HIS WEBSITE AS IT RELATES TO SERVICES OFFERED, SERVICE REQUIREMENTS, THE AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED VS. WHAT HE'S SUPPOSED TO OFFER HE TURNED INTO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON. ONCE I ASKED ABOUT THE REFUND POLICY, I WAS ADVISED TO VISIT HIS WEBSITE WHICH TO DATE HAS NO REFUND POLICY LISTED. UPON BRINGING THIS TO HIS ATTENTION THE CEO THEN ADDED A "USER AGREEMENT" TO HIS WEBSITE AND TOLD ME TO REFERENCE PAGE 16 WHICH SAYS REFUNDS ARE UP TO 5 DAYS. THIS WAS NEVER STATED IN THE RECEIPT, INVOICE NOR WEBSITE AS EASY TO FIND. AFTER STATING HIS POLICY SHOULD'VE BEEN INCLUDED ON MY RECEIPT AND INVOICES AND AGAIN SIMPLY ASKING WHAT COULD BE DONE AS A AMICABLE SOLUTION, THE CEO SENT A LETTER FROM A "LEGAL DEPARTMENT" STATING THEIR SERVICES WERE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. HOWEVER I'M OUT OF $1367 AND NO WEBSITE AT ALL FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST INCONVENIENCING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES EVER. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY AS THE HAVE NO STRUCTURE OR ANYTHING BUSINESS WISE IN BLACK AND WHITE UNTIL YOU NOTICE ITS MISSING.Product_Or_Service: WEBSITEDesired SettlementFULL REFUNDBusiness Response This is so wonderful this is not accurate and she is dishonest this is why we told her we do not want to do business with her. we canceled all services with her and issued a refund. Consumer Response For the record business was "terminated" AFTER I cc'd my attorney in the electronic correspondent's with the company due to multiple emails with failed service completion responses, verbal and written turn around time changes, and lack of business etiquette hence my request for a full refund.As a company CEO it says a lot when the response is that of name calling on a consumer who merely was owed what they paid for as promised or a FULL REFUN**Per Cardinal Marketing Group's "legal department" I would receive a certified check or money order. I did not, however today $767.50 of the $1367.50 paid appeared back in my account. Again showing this company switches up how it promises to carry out things.Now, the $600 balance was paid via paypal in which I was able to file a chargeback for. I am requesting that before I close the Revdex.com complaint that Cardinal Marketing Group confirm to Paypal the $600.00 is to be fully refunded as well.This experience has been a nightmare and more than a inconvenience to my project, however my creative team has went above and beyond to handle everything Cardinal Marketing Group & [redacted] failed to do.In regards to the legal pursuits for slander, please send all filings to the mailing address you have on file for me and we can proceed from there.Thank you.Final Business Response We have been informed that this is the last business communication with you thank you for confirming the return we promised you.
