He indicated surprise that we were following up on the matter and asked “Are you going to give me my money back?” He questioned why we would like to come to the home to review the matter even though it is in the contract to do soWe made arrangements to meet him at the house for Monday, October at 5:30PM to help any way we can? I arrived at the home at 5:25PM, only to find no one homeWaited till 6:11PM, no one cameLeft a card in the mail box and tried calling, did not get an answerLeft a message stating other arrangements will have to be made to revisit another timeIt is now a week later since our failed visit and have not heard from our client [redacted] ?
