Review: Cardinal Roofing replaced the roof on my home in April 2000. In June 2003, after a bad rain storm, a leak developed in the roof located in the area of the mater bathroom which Cardinal Roofing repaired. Another leak has recently developed, once again, in the exact location. Since 13 August 2014, I have placed five phone calls to Cardinal Roofing to request an appointment, and/or to speak with the manager, for an inspection and repair of my roof, and because the leak is coming from within a recessed light fixture, I've voiced my concern for the possibility of an electrical fire. The receptionist takes my address and contact information and informs me the information will be passed to Mr. B[redacted], the manager, who will return my call. To date, Mr. B[redacted] has not returned any of my five phone calls. The receptionist provided me with Mr. B[redacted]' cell phone number so that I could speak with him directly. He did not answer his cell phone so a message was left on his cell asking that he please return my call. Mr. B[redacted] has made no attempt to speak with me regarding this matter. I'm dissatisfied by the lack of customer service that I'm experiencing. I've exhausted all options available to request cooperation from Cardinal Roofing; therefore, I have no other option but to kindly request your assistance with resolving this matter. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like Cardinal Roofing to properly repair my roof and all damages incurred as a result of the water damage due to the leak, or pay all expenses incurred in having another roofing company make the repairs.
