Revdex.com:This is not what happenedFor starters there was not even a driveway involvedThis occured in a parking lot of an apartment complexThe driver's story keeps changingFirst he said that I had hit him when I was no where near my vehicleI was in my apartment sleepingThen there was the story of how he gave my brother $who just coincidently happened to be outside just as he hit my vehicle in his company's tow truck when I don't even have a brother who lives in the state of Texas, and now there is the new story of how he hit my vehicle with his bodyMy neighbor was a witness along with her mother and sister who can testify this driver did not even know how to operate the the tow truck and had one hell of a time dropping her vehicle in the spot next to mineThey can also verify he hit my vehicle with their tow truckWhen I spoke with the manager of the tow company, *** she even told me she did not believe the driver as his story kept changing.Yes, I did submit an estimate over $1,but I also am not mechanically inclined and cannot determine what is reasonable and what is not. What the owner could have done was tell me the estimate was not fair, instead of yelling at me over the phone, and suggest to me that I take it to another location to have an estimate completed, which I did and the second estimate was around $250.I have since contacted the tow company and have gotten no response back even after the owner yelled at me and told me I was not to contact them anymore in the future.I have my witness who can testify that he did in fact hit my vehicle with the company's tow truck and even have a recorded phone conversation between my witness and the driver where he admits to hitting my vehicle. This is not just a plain mirror attached to my vehicleThis ia a powered mirror that is electrically hooked up to the carThe mirror was completely detached, cords severed from the vehicle's body and there is NO WAY he could have done this with his bodyThe tow company is responsible and I have a witness and a police report to prove it. Attached is the picture of my mirror as well as the sound file of the driver admitting to my witness he hit my vehicleMy witness' name is *** *** who's e-mail is: ***I can provide you with her phone number and the police report is requested
