I haven't had any messages from this company Please confirm my.contact information from the sales contract

we are going to reimburse Mr [redacted] for the expenses he incurred on the repairs and tint on the Leaf we are sorry that he decided not to purchase the vehicle and for any inconvenience in the process a check will go out in the mail in the next couple of days

we apologize for the delay in mailing out the license fee refund check I see that the original check has been cashed already and we mailed and duplicate check last week so the license fee refund of $was paid twice in error We researched the paperwork for a promise to provide an additional key, but did not find anything supporting this We build relationships where anyone wins so we are mailing a check today for $243.78, which along with the overpayment of $equals the $reimbursement for the key.hopefully, this will make the customer whole and happy!!

it wasn't the denial that I was upset aboutI was lied to AND when I was at another dealership I was blocked in their parking lot and someone waited outside the car until I cleaned it outYou have no professional courtesy and constantly go back on your wordI will not buy a car from you because you do not run an honest business

We tried to get the *** contracts bought by a lender, but because of their credit history, we could not. All sales are predicated on our ability to get the customer financed. We do not finance loans in-house. The *** signed paperwork stating that the sales were valid
with approved financing. We would love to sell them a car when they are in a position to do so

i'm so sorry that this has been happening! I will make sure Ms *** settings are set to NO CONTACT in our systems We will do everything we can to stop the calls, etc I have spoken to our sales managers and they will meet with their staff today to discuss this

A list of things that have gone wrong: in months Replacement of AC compressor, alternator, battery, tires need replacing, bad automatic doors, power steering, and now some kind of electrical problem no one seems to be sure of
I really wanted to like this place and for it to be "our place" to buy cars but that just wasn't the caseSo, so, so disappointedWE WERE SWINDLED!!!!!!

We have left voicemail messages multiple times for Mr [redacted] and we have gotten no response.  We are willing to work toward a solution with him, but can't if he won't talk to us.

I bought a used 2006 Honda Odyssey from these folks with high hopes that this would be a great experience. They boast a "Christian atmosphere" because I guess it's owned by Christians. What a joke!

My husband and I had just had our 3rd baby and our Nissan Versa wasn't cutting it size wise. So we bought the Honda. In the Last 12 months we have had at least $4000 in repairs and it's not over!
