They were very professional and helpful when we needed a new roof.
They put on a awning above the door. This was the end of June. The door hits the awning when you go in and out. Have been texting Dave since then and he replys will get someone out there right away.
We have done nothing wrong . They need to fix the problem.

We have reviewed the complaint listed by Mrs. and although we at Cardinal Home Improvementsstrive for customer service excellence, we kindly request that this negative review be promptly removedfrom our profile. We have attached a copy of both signed contracts, between Cardinal HomeImprovements and the customer, detailing the scope of work that was to be performed. You will seethat the Awning work that is in question was not included in any of the work that was agreed upon.Awning repair, maintenance or replacement is not a service we as a business offer. The work that is inquestion was performed by the subcontractors on site per the homeowner’s request during theinstallation process. The additional work was not added or included in any of the Contracted workbetween Cardinal Home Improvements and the homeowner. Although the homeowner included theadditional amount in her final payment to Cardinal Home Improvements, that money was paid directlyto the subcontractor for the work that was performed outside of our contractual obligation. Being thatCardinal Home Improvements did not authorize or contract this additional work we again request thismatter be closed and the negative review be removed from our profile.

The problem in question was the awning, yes it was not part of the contract , however the request was made and the subcontractor came out, but the door doesn't open and close properly after the person come out. ,and so therefore I kept in contact with the person to come out and fix the problem, they keep on saying they would, several texts were made, the person I kept in contact kept saying he would fix the problem. So I made one last attempt to contact the person, and I felt the matter was not going to be resolved so I made a complaint with the Revdex.com. , I feel that money was included in the payment to the Company , the company gave the person the money. Now the company doesn't want the person to come back and fix the awning so the door opens and closes probably , I think if someone asks a request and the person
says yes we can do that and does the work and there is still a problem with the door hitting the awning when it is opened and closed. then they should still fix the problem . And money was given to the company, even though the Company gave the person it's still should be fixed, the person still works for and represents the company. Dont keep saying you will fix the problem and dont, it doesn't show good faith. Thank You.

We were told by Sales Rep/Contractor went to the ***'s home and fixed this issue out of his own pocket this past week. Also, that he spoke to the daughter "***" that takes care of her parents business affairs and that she was supposed to get this complaint removed. Cardinal Home Improvements, LLC are trying to get this resolved but getting full cooperation from either side.

What a big project after strong wind damage to my home.
Aaron P. organized everything from start to finish. The entire process was so seamless.
Hernan R. and roofing crew were spot on.
The ceiling repairs done by Ricky E. turned out amazing.
It's been a long time since I have seen such hard workers and am so grateful to everyone.

Aaron at Cardinal Home Improvements has been the most knowledgeable (and caring!) contractor I've had the pleasure of working with! He took care of contacting the insurance company and made sure to be on-site with the adjuster and walk them through all of the damage. Even though our claim was denied, he still made sure we were given a fair price and that the job would get done correctly and in a timely fashion. Cannot say enough good things!

My home looks great. Once the work began it was over before you know it. The transformation around home is awesome. My history with Cardinal Home Improvement extends back a few months before they finished up my home. They did an excellent job on the repair of our Church's roof that had been heavily damaged when a large branch that fell on our church after an ice storm. So Aaron and Kelly have proved themselves not once but twice that it's not all talk or hype with them. They are truly a professional thumbs up group/company that really improves your home or business. They really wear that name well home improvement well. Thanks Aaron and Cardinal Home Improvement. I called Cardinal after one of my gutters (20' high) came loose from the roof. Kelley was highly responsive and came out shortly after my call. As he made the repairs, he went out of his way to communicate via phone & text so I knew how things were coming along. I will be calling him again next time I have an issue with my roof.
With my review I would hereby like to compliment one of your employees, Mike S, contractor, for the excellent service he provided me the last few weeks. I was blown away and highly pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. His enthusiasm to help me get just what I was looking for promptly, exceeded all my expectations. Just within days, he walked me through this whole process from start to finish. He was hands on throughout this whole process while looking out for my best interest. My new roof is top notch and the transformation from old roof to new roof is amazing.
