Review: Hi,I always order cakes from them for all my occasion. this time was for my friend 40th birthday party on Sunday 08.**.13. I went on sat 07.**.13 to place the order . they told me I have to send an e-mail to the baker with the picture I need and details which I did that day. never got a reply, I called everyday they told me to wait he will reply or call me back. He never did ..I called this morning ..they told me he is busy, won't be able to make the cake..go find another place we are busy. I said you wasted 3 1/2 days and now I won't be able to find another place because they require a min of a week to place the order..I said, I need to speak with him, they said no he is busy.. staff was rude,helpless & careless..they didn't even give me alternative or options to help me since they caused it.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: They just didn't care ...that they screwed me up ..now Im running around to find another bakery ..will have to pay more money if I can get it..I don't appreciate the way I was treated and how the issue was handled... Not professional at all.I would appreciate if someone can call them and tell them they need to respect their customer and try to accommodate them specially if they made a mistake..thanks[redacted]

The situation was the other way around. The costumer inquired for a specialty cake. We told him it can not be done due to short notice. The customer would not take no for answer. He continued to harass the counter workers telling one them to “[redacted]” themselves. The counter helper told the costumer to go look for another bakery.

I apologize for the late response. Monday is my day off and I didn’t check my email. We have been in business for 23 years with impeccable reputation. We did not make a bad product. We told the man we were overbooked and can not accept the order. Some people are not familiar with the US constitution.
