I gave the customer two options one in which was to just leave the deposit which would be refundable since she wasn't taking the vehicle or two sign the contracts and proceed with the loan and she would take delivery of the vehicle once it was readyShe wanted to take the vehicle that night but it needed two front tires and being that she had her daughter we didnt want to expose any danger for them, so then she wanted proceeded with the loan signed the contracts in which she has copies as well as I have the originals that [redacted] received upon proceeding with the loan, as stated on the Az General Attorney's website its up to the dealers discrepancy to return a deposit once a contract has been signedWe are able to provide you with the originals or copiesIf any further questions please feel free to contact us or [redacted]

The contract is not even signed. I have all of the BLANK paperwork, including the contract the business is speaking of. Again, I was told my money is refundable until I drive off the lot with the vehicle.. which NEVER happened! The registration for the vehicle is even BLANK!

6 months ago I bought a 2006 infinity m35 from Cardinals Auto Group. The vehicle Accident system and Engine control Module went bad in it a few months later. The sales person at the time named Junior made false promises to me and my wife. I also took the car back to them to fix a system. They charged me $580 cash because they don't accept credit or debit cards which is odd. Long story short, the AC went out again 2 weeks later. I was told initially by the mechanic that the AC compressor was new and had a warranty. To get a second opinion I took it to a licensed AC repair company. They informed me that nothing in the AC system was new. I then confronted the mechanic about it and he said he would not fix it because someone else looked at it. I also asked him for a receipt several times and told me he wouldn't give me a receipt for the $580 I paid him and hung up in my face. He started calling me a liar and being very rude. I would not buy a car from them. They will lie to you and scam you on work they claim they do on your car. My vehicle no longer works after just 6 months of having it. Please do not trust or buy from Them.
