Wow, I just spoke with an agent on technical support. She was VERY rude. I was explaining that I wasn't getting cellular service, it (the monitor) kept showing that it couldn't connect to remote device. There is a test under "options" on the monitor where you can click on that and test it. A little alarm went off in the middle of the night so I had been testing this to see if it was connecting or not. She immediately said, "You are NOT supposed to be testing that". At one point she said, "you shouldn't be touching that". She was quite unpleasant to speak with, I ended up hanging up so I didn't get to do the survey afterwards. The "Cell Connection Test" is right there on the monitor under "Options" so why should I not be able to "touch that"? :/
