Highly unprofessional, hostile employees, unethical practices.CCI is the company my employer uses to certify it's meducal technicians. When I attempted to renew my certification, the company would not return emails or phone calls for weeks despite multiple follow ups. When the deadline to renew was passed, they deemed it my fault (even though I could not reach them), and insisted I pay a late fee and do additional ongoing-medical-training credits, even though the delay is directly their fault.I eventually got the additional education credits and pays the late fee. I was assured by their company that all requirments were met. A week later a received my certification cardSix weeks later I received a call requesting my credit card info, with the caller claiming I had not paid them. I refused to be extorted and told them so.My employer informed me today that CCI pulled my certification without warning in what I assume to be retaliation.Desired SettlementI want a refund for the late fee and a written formal apology letter.

I made several attempts to contact the Director of Operations [redacted], in order to discuss the matter of applying and paying for a [redacted] test. I was trasfered to her extension incorrectly on two diffrent accounts. When I was eventually connected to the correct extension I left my contact information and the reason why I was calling (The first attempt was on Febuary 20). I call back on Febuary 24 after allowing all day Friday and half of Monday to hopefully get a returned call. After not hearing anything I called at lunch and again was transfered to another incorrect extension. I called back and spoke with a represetive and told him that I needed to be transfered to the [redacted] extension after being transfered again to the wrong extension. I left another message stating how I was and that this was my second attempt trying to contact her and left all my contact information and my reason for calling. After not receiveing a phone call I called again on Febuary 25 at 2:00p.m. and was told that [redacted] was still out to lunch and that I should try calling her around 3:00 p.m. Fustrated I called at 2:38 and got in contact with [redacted] and explain my situation and asked why I had not recieved a phone call back. She rudely explained that she was out of the office on Thursday and Friday and had not gotten around to check any of her meassages. I was told that an extension was sent to my old address over a year ago asking me to take the test I am currently applying for. When I asked if I could use that extension now I was told no. I ask is that a final decision and she said you can always appeal it.I am very upset that not only did none of the staff that I had previously spoke with tell me that the manager was out of town nor could they connect me to the correct extension.I just wanted to take a test and get certified.Desired SettlementI would like to have someone contact me and explain why I was treated so rudely and if possible explain the appeal prosses. I would like to get the extension that was offered to me at an old address resent to my current one that I have been living at since 2012. So I can take the [redacted] and get my certification.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], Exec. Dir.Contact Email: [redacted]@cci-online.orgMr. [redacted] was spoken to by Mr. [redacted] on Tuesday, February 25th and it was explained to him that she was out of the office and returned his phone call as soon as she was able. Mr. [redacted] was given multiple extensions on his examination, but became belligerent and disrespectful to CCI staff when told he would have to follow policies of CCI (specifically submit supporting documentation as required). Please note that complaints to the Revdex.com have no bearing on CCI's operations, our governance, nor our policies. CCI DOES NOT have consumers. CCI is an independent credentialing agency, not a business to individual or business to business company. Hello I am requesting a refund for a test that I was told was refundable by one woman and the next woman I spoke to told me this was not possible. So I rescheduled a testing date with this woman [redacted] in August because I am currently in night school for a different study and could not take the review course for this cardiovascular test I wAs scheduled to take. So September came around and I called back to just request a refund because I knew my school schedule wasn't changing anytime so and I should just get a refund and reschedule when I know for sure that I'm gonna to have 12 consecutive Thursdays to go take this course at my old school. The woman I spoke to this time suggested I wait to figure out my schedule since my testing date is valid until December and if it was still not going to work for me in December then call back and we could either extend again (which is normal against their policy but she knew I was going to test either way whether now or by April) or give me the refund. My plan originally was that day to call and get the refund but since this woman who works there suggested this I said ok you know what I will wait since I have options.Desired SettlementOk It won't let me type anymore up there so I will continue. By the way, I was calling back that day to get a $200 refund. It was originally $300 but there policy is they only refund $200 for the filing fee which I was fine with because I figured it was better to lose $100 than $300.. So I got off the phone with the girl in September thinking I could call back December and either get a refund or again extend my date so I just called back last week and I got [redacted]. She actuAlly did not answer the phone she would only respond to me through emails even after asking her to please call me because my story was a bit long and I wanted to tell her what me and that other woman spoke about in sepBusiness Response Ms. [redacted] was spoken to by one of our senior staff and Ms. [redacted] will be issued the appropriate refund.
