Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know of problem that occurred with our Piggly Wiggly brand product.  Your feedback will help us improve.  While we try very hard to make sure that every purchase from your local Piggly Wiggly store meets or...

exceeds your expectations, sometimes things do not go as planned.  As always, we guarantee your satisfaction or your money back.  In this case it appears that your entire meal was ruined, so we would be happy to reimburse you for the entire amount of your meal purchase.  I see from your receipt that the amount of the meal was $29.19.  Since it was a food stamp (SNAP) purchase, I am not allowed by the federal government to refund you cash or check.  However, I will be happy to reimburse you in one of two ways.
1.  I could arrange for you to go to one of our stores at the time of your choosing and instruct the manager to put $29.19 back on your card.  This would be a refund.
or
2.  As our way of saying we are sorry and thank you for your business, I could send you a gift certificate good for $50.00 worth of groceries that you could spend in the store however you choose.  This would not be a refund, just way of trying to make things right.
Just let me know which ever option that you prefer.
