Review: I bought a Scala Q3 and took it on a road trip. When I returned home, I noticed that the unit stopped playing music. After taking my helmet off some time later, the unit was no longer attached. It apparently flew off somewhere on highway 101. I proceeded to purchase a replacement unit and noticed that the unit actually "locks" in place. I compared the helmet holder from the first unit to the second, and noticed that the hole in the first unit is too small to lock the unit in place. I called the business asking for either a refund or a replacement and was told that they do not honor warranties for units sold on Amazon. No matter where the product is sold, it should always be the manufacturer's responsibility to service their own products, unless they are found to be counterfeit. In this case, their website shows that it is their product (serial number was immediately recognized). I called their customer service and was told they will no honor the warranty. This will be the last product I buy from them and will proceed to warn others NOT to purchase this product.Desired Settlement: All I ask is they replace the bluetooth unit that flew off my helmet on the highway. If not, I will settle for my replacement cost (which is cheaper than full retail cost).

Review: I had a Cardo TeamSet Pro and a week ago I bought a Cardo Q1. In the Cardo Web Page says that Q1 is Fully Compatible (intercom mode) with TeamSet Pro. But is imposible to pair both devices.I have wrote many email about this question to Cardo Support and nobody answer. Now, a few days ago Cardo has eliminate this "fully compatibility" from his web page, but I have a copy of the original web page and the distribuitor in Spain have, too. I am waiting for a answer and a solution. I think is not serious changing the notice in the web page saying nothing about this error form CARDO.Desired Settlement: I sugest change my 2 Cardo Teamset Pro for another Q1 or pay less than the real price for a new Q1. I bought only one Q1(expensive than buy two) because I have the TeamSet Pro (fully compatible with Q1 originaly) before Cardo change the information ofcompatibility info in his Web Page.

Review: I called in to get both of my G4 sets reapired under warranty. I was issued an authorization number and sent them 2 headsets. Mistakenly instead of putting both G4's in the box I put one G4 headset and my new G9 in the box. Several weeks later after they sent the package back to me It had only the G9 in it. I called them to see if they kept the other G4 waiting for me to send the second non-working G4 and they said they never recieved it. I asked to speak to the manager **, Who insisted I did not send them my non working G4 headset that I sent in the same box as the G9 that they have sent me back. I told him I have the reciept from the post office with the shiping weight that would reflect 2 headsets and he said it didnt matter and to take it up with the post office. I asked him if the package was open or damaged and he said no. I asked to speak to his manager and he said that there is no one above him and the call was over. Now I'm out of a headset that was 100% shipped to his office and someone there has lost or stolen it.Desired Settlement: I want my headset replaced as well as my second one repaired as it was supposed to be.

Review: I bought a Cardo G3, which was advertised as a wireless mic set for motorcycle helmets. The website said fits virtually all helmets. After we bought the unit we learned that it indeed would not fit a half helmet. We returned it for a system that would accommodate a half helmet, but the co. said they do not accept refunds or exchanges. They said when I called that the system would not work on a half helmet. In addition, the system that we would need that was advertised as available was not available and would not be available for some time, according to their 800 number. We sent the unit back. They tried to return it to us. This is not good business practice. I request a full refund.Desired Settlement: Request they refund my credit card.
