I received a damaged game and have emailed the company four times to arrange a return/refundI have not received a reply

I love CAH products, but the service of the actual company is horribleWe ordered cards that would be delivered within 2-business daysWhen the first day came and went with no details about tracking or shipping we contacted the company and got no responseAfter two days of emails with no responses we received a tracking numberKeep in mind this was after the expected delivery datesThe order was then expected to be delivered within business daysWhen ordering we selected the shipping 2-business day option, did not get any response from the company when those days came and went, and then all the contact they gave us was sending a tracking number where the expected delivery date was days after the initial order and days after the initial expected delivery dateI have no problems with the actual products of the company but if you want to order these products expect huge delay and no responses from the actual company when problems occur

I would like to echo the sentiments of other reviewers and say that this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had buying things online.

When you initially order from the company's site, the confirmation email will state that your items will ship within two days. Don't count on it. However, they will take your money immediately. Count on that. On the fourth day with no shipping confirmation in sight, I emailed the address they supply asking for information - Are the items on back order? Are the items going to make it by the time I needed them (ordered a week in advance in order to receive the items on time for a party)? I received no response. I sent another email to the customer service address, and I found another address as well. I sent emails to both, and received no update. Two weeks after my order I received an email with a tracking number. I have yet to receive any kind of apology for the long shipping or any reply or order update whatsoever. In addition, the phone number you see above will insult you for having questions about your order and say that you must be in your 80's. It will get you nowhere.

I suppose this whole thing about shipping late, and not responding to customer service issues, and insulting you for wondering where your stuff is when you pay for it, could be part of "the joke" of the game. However, it is bad business, and you make people angry when you supply no updates and incorrect information on orders. Far be it from me to tell a company selling a game like this how to run their business, especially when it's clearly made them tons of money. But, if you give customer service like this, I imagine it may catch up with you eventually.

Ironically enough, I see that they have started a second company - a shipping company of all things. They will ship your products for you. However, they really struggle with the act of getting their own shipped out. So, I hope they are doing better with their clients' things.

Positives in dealing with this company: The game they created is fun.
Negatives: Everything else.

Very poor customer service. The company can not deliver as promised and then they do not respond to service inquiries. A good product isn't worth having to do business with them
