I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. I did speak with [redacted], the owner, who repeatedly told me "it was a mistake". I understand it was a mistake, but I thought that it was the responsibility of the business owner to resolve them. I understand he owns a small business, but trying to make me feel guilty for asking is ridiculous. His only suggestion for me was to join his preferred customer list, so I would get more coupons. Really? I am really disappointed, and will not be shopping there in the future.
