We tried to come up with a reasonable reimbursementTo us the couch damage looks like wear and tear the customer wanted the whole couch replaced. There was no way the shrink wrap would have damaged the couch in the time span it was transportedBut we were still willing to try and work
something outWe will contact the customer this week to see if he is still willing to speak to us
