The service is bus transportation for disabled.I often have to wait for 30 minutes or more after the bus is scheduled before it comes. Return trips often require a wait of more than an hour. I occasionally miss appointments completely because by the time the bus comes it is too late.While waiting for pick up at home I have to wait outside, because my condo does not have windows facing the street. The bus drivers will not wait for me longer than 5 minutes even though they might be 30 minutes late themselves and will not call me when they arrive.
