This company has been the worst. In the year and a half since we started using them we have gone through more caregivers ( always an issue with showing up or some problem getting here) and more excuses than I ever would have imagined. They've had a revolving door of management and administrators and just getting the care you're supposed to get for my mom has been a nightmare. And God forbid if you're a [redacted] case like my mom is; if I've heard it once I've heard it 10 times that they don't get as much reimbursement from [redacted] as they do for other cases so they can't pay the caregivers enough to care about showing up because they wouldn't make enough profit. Buyer beware: DO NOT TRUST YOUR LOVED ONES CARE TO THEM!
And p.s. They have several sister companies, [redacted] and [redacted] being 2 of them, so do your homework!
