At this time, I have been contacted directly by Care and Heal regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Care and Heal also known as SportingDoc and I had a written agreement they would not sell my products online and in retail onlyI gave them a special price for this agreementThey broke their agreement and starting selling my product on amazon.com and undercutting my priceWhen we spoke they refused to stop selling my product] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This is a receipt of my order from sportingdoc also known as [redacted] from the credit card company. As you... can see they took my money on 42014.

The business did not respond to me. However, I contacted [redacted] which I used to pay for the merchandise...

from the business. [redacted] had forced the company to issue a refund to me. Thus I am not seeking any further action from the company.I hope my experience will help other customers to avoid doing business with this company unless they change their unethical practice.

Review: I placed an online order with Care&Heal on Wednesday June [redacted] My account was charged in full for $174.89 on June [redacted]. The product is advertised to "ship in 24-48 hours". I called Monday, June [redacted] to inquire about a tracking number. The company's phone number is a voice mail with no option to speak with a representative. Upon looking at the website a little closer I became suspicious of the company all together. Specifically, the "about us" tab, signed "[redacted], some important guy"

I received one email when the order was placed. (Order number [redacted], Bon Vital Original Massage Creme- 5 Gal.) In the email, it specified that once the order was shipped, a tracking number would be sent. That is the last and only correspondence I have received from this company. I have left several messages, sent an email to the address on the voice mail, as well as filled out several "contact us" forms. It has been a week and I have heard nothing from this company.Desired Settlement: Consumers should be aware of this company, or lack there of.

Review: I ordered a $349.95 [redacted] 3100 stethoscope from this company on April [redacted], 2014. I have been calling and emailing this company for the past two weeks to see when my order will ship. Their website promises free shipping on orders over $25 and shipping within 24 to 48 hours. They also have a Revdex.com logo on the bottom of their webpage which I found out to be fake but it was to late. They are lying claiming to be part of the Revdex.com. They have already collected money out of the credit card but have not shipped anything. The only time they responded via email was on April [redacted], 2014 to tell me they were closed because of a holiday and that someone would contact me shortly. It's now April **, 2013 and still no one has contacted me. I found out they have an Ebay store and have been trying to contact them but they are very vague with their responses. This order means a lot to me. I'm a full time nursing student and I used the very last bit of my money to purchase this item.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to not even bother sending me the item. Since they have been lying to me I'm not even sure the item would be authentic. I would like for them to give me a refund immediately for $349.95.
