We are sorry for Mrs. [redacted]'s concerns and saddened by her pattern of discontent for opinions differing from her own.  We are aware that Mrs. [redacted] has not followed through on payment of those she contracted with regarding these matters.  We are also compelled to address inaccurate...

information in her complaint regarding outcomes of a state audit of the facility.  These statements are untrue and misleading.  Accurate reports can be identified through the state website and reflect nothing even remotely similar to her statements.  We are not at liberty to release any additional details regarding this situation because we do not have release from legal decision makers, of which Mrs. [redacted] is not.  We are often contracted for our legal opinion, and did our best to resolve her concerns, despite our differences.  The entire report took much longer than initially anticipated due to lengthy phone calls with Mrs. [redacted] and communication offered that sought to bias our opinion.  We often counsel family members who feel out of control and unheard regarding their loved ones.  In this situation, we were contracted through the court for an expert opinion of which we have many years of experience to justify.  We are genuinely concerned that Mrs. [redacted] will never hear what other opinions offer regarding her mom's needs.  Despite the court and other parties' satisfaction with the quality and detail of our report, we still wish Mrs. [redacted] peace in her discovery of her own grief and loss.  We hope she finds an enlightened understanding for healthy interactions with all involved in her mother's care, and for the sake of her mother's best interest.   Mrs. [redacted] has asked us to adjust her bill because she feels it was unfair charges.  We are willing to adjust the bill; however, we dispute the facts she is offering and stand firm behind our professional opinion and recommendations.
