Please find attached our reply to the complaint. Spoke with *** *** on 4/28/and let her know that we wouldn’t be able to make it at that the janitorial technician that I had lined up had just called in sickShe was very considerate and understoodI was able to get two janitorial
technicians lined up to head to Dove Creek which is roughly minutes awayI called *** back and let her know we would be able to do it we would be there later that dayThey arrived at 12:and began cleaning by P.MThe home hadn’t been lived in for over two years and was never cleaned up since the purchase of the homeFood was still sitting in the cabinets, there were rat feces and maggots and food stuck to the cabinets shelvesWe were instructed to just clean out the freezer and replace the food Dust was really bad throughout the home, especially behind the tv and furniture*** offered the technicians beer and weedWhen they declined he offered them a sodaThat he was kind to bring themThe owner of CARE, Tim showed up shortly thereafter at 1:and began conducting a deep cleaning as wellThe second owner of CARE, Priscilla also showed up at P.Mand also began conducting a deep cleaningTim conducted the carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning while the second owner and the two janitorial technicians continued to conduct deep cleaning We were originally asked to do upholstery cleaning as well; however, *** later said that it wouldn’t be necessary that he was just going to buy new furniture insteadOnce the carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning was complete Tim returned to the deep cleaning*** would leave and come back to see how things were going and told us multiple times what a great job we were doingHe also asked the owners if they would like to smoke weed at which point they also declined *** then told the owners that he would pay for the invoice that *** and her sister were getting too involved with his lady’s business and telling her what to do so he wanted to pay the billI then told him that the hours would be more than originally anticipated and he said okI then told him the verbal breakdown of the estimate since I had sent it to *** and not to ***We called *** when we were done cleaning at 6:P.Mand he returned and did a walk-thru and said that house looked greatI handed him a written invoice that reflected the following:-Janitorial cleaning (per man hour) total hours @ $per hour = -Janitorial tech #time frame 1-6:= -Janitorial tech #time frame 1-6:= -Owner #(Tim R***) time frame 1:30-6:less time for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning hours= hours -Owner #(Priscilla R***)- time frame 3-6:= 3.5 -Air duct cleaning per vent (5) at $per vent = $175-Main Return (1) at $= $55-Carpet cleaning per sq.ft@cents = 137.90-Discounted him $Inconvenience fee for having to reschedule the time -And a $as a multiple service discount*** gave Priscilla his credit cardHe said he could only pay $dollars that day and in two weeks he would pay the remainder ($280.40)Our policy is that full payment is due at the time of service completion, but we were willing to work with him to help out his situation.*** called Tim a week later and said that he was unsatisfied with the cleaningThat the freezer was not good enough and the cabinets still didn't look goodTim explained to him that we had two people in the kitchen cleaning the entire time they were there and that he was not sure it would look much better if we came back to clean, but that we were willing to come back and tryTim told *** that we could come back or if he wanted to try to clean that himself we would not charge him the remaining $that he owed and *** agreed that they would clean it themselvesTherefore, based on this conversation the issue has been resolved
