CARE did not honor its signed contract guaranteeing quality of materials and workmanship. I cannot get a response despite many calls to the owner.I signed a contract with CARE on [redacted] to have the exterior of my house painted, including the front steps and foundation. The contract states "with lifetime peeling and chipping warranty." The paint peeled. I called the company to schedule repair work. Eventually an employee was sent to photograph the problem areas. Despite many calls to the owner, [redacted], he refuses to call me back or honor his commitment.Desired SettlementI would like the repair work done immediately.

CARE Home Improvement has failed to complete a project in an agreed upon time frame. They have not shown up on days where they have agreed to work.Our contract was stated to begin in early [redacted] for a kitchen reno. They were unreachable and did not begin the project until late [redacted] Their deadline was Thanksgiving. They have not even come close to meeting it. They have been no call/no show or have left after just a short time of working. They do not follow specifications and have to do work over in order to get it correct. They are unprofessional and lie to appease the customer. They are extremely difficult to reach.Desired SettlementI would like 10% reduced each day from the final bill for every day they have gone past the [redacted] deadline. I would like them to reimburse me for 4 Thanksgiving meals [redacted] since we have no kitchen to use. I would like reimbursement for money lost with my decorating blog as this was the main reason the kitchen needed a set deadline. [redacted]
