Care Industries is willing to meet the complainant in the middle and make a final attempt at resolution by offering $2,100.00 in refund amount. Please let me know if the complainant finds this amount acceptable.
I haven't rec'd a release to sign nor have I received the check. Please check on this for me. Thank you.
Customer was given an answer to the request for a refund prior to the customer filing the complaint with the Revdex.com. As the contractor, I'm unsure what the intentions are of the customer. a refund which has been shipped back to the original supplier. Customer is requesting $2,800.00 as a refund amount. This amount is high. The amount will be closer to the amount of $2,000.00 after the customer has paid labor, restock, material and any other associated fees.I will be in contact with the customer in writing as soon as I have the total amount of the refund figured. I will send information via e-mail and will not accept phone communication from this customer.
I am rejecting this response because: The contractor didn't provide any proof of said material purchases. The panel installation lumber,Hole digging, material purchasing, prep
posts for light wiring, are all made up numbers with no receipt proof of purchase. The contractor claims he charges 630 dollars in labor to drill a 36 inch hole in 22, 4x4 pine treated posts. That I didn't agree upon. If you check the quote the wood was suppose to be cedar. I never agreed to these charges, they are not in the quote he provided. The contractor has over charged for materials he never purchased, further more he over charged for treated wood he purchased that was quoted to be Cedar.
The contractor didn't say specifically what he is offering in regards to my refund. My proposal was $2800 refund. The contractor didn't propose anything specific and he didn't propose any time frame in writing on me receiving my money back.
