This is [redacted] and this is regarding Ambulance service from Care Medical on 7/12/15 Run# 15-41178 for $525.00. This bill was supposed to have been settled per conversation between [redacted] (supervisor of Scripps Urgent care) and [redacted] (of Care medical) on 9/25/15 at 10am. The bill was supposed to be disregarded and new value should be $0.00. This was for a registered nurse on the ambulance which was not required hence I do not want to pay for it apart from the copay of $100 which have already paid. Anyhow, per my knowledge it was cleared between or ding hospital - Scripps and Ambulance company - Care on 9/25/15. I still repeatedly keep getting bills from Care medical. I even spoke to [redacted] on 10/19/15 at 11:15am regarding this issue and she said she would get back to me. I have since called then numerous times but no one picks up the phone at customer service nor they revert to the voice messages that I leave. Hence, this is my last resort to get help with settlement of my bill. I shall want them to honor the revised statement of $0.00 as promised.

Dear Ms. [redacted], It was a pleasure speaking with you this afternoon in reference to ID# [redacted]. This is a formal response to the receipt of complaint issued by Ms. [redacted], Run # [redacted] for $525.00 . In this complaint, Ms. [redacted] suggests that she has been receiving statements from our company requesting payment in the amount of $525.00.Additionally , stating that she had attempted to reach out to our Billing Department without success of resolution . I would like to reassure Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted] that her account has a balance of $0.00 due . We have attempted on many occasions since this complaint has been received to reach out to Ms. [redacted] without success . Voice messages have been left in place of speaking directly with the patient . Please understand that we will continue our efforts in reaching and speaking with Ms. [redacted] personally throughout this week . Should we not be successful in doing so , we intend on mailing a letter of release of responsibility alongside an apology for any misunderstanding on our part .
