Worst school ever. Not accredited, lied that they were. Overcharged for a horrible book by hundreds of dollars, didn't get an education at all, they a liars and crooks, thief that promise we'll pass our certification, and didn't teach us anything. All they want is our money, horrible.Desired SettlementI want a refund! I was told I wouldn't get one. Business Response Per complaint case #[redacted] We have tried to identify student [redacted] to resolve her dissatisfaction/complaints which we could not identify the said individual on our student registration rooster.We have also not spoken to a [redacted] and have not informed her of refusing to refund her tuition.As a school we have not falsely advertised on our website, brochures and flyers regarding being accredited.We are a proprietary school licensed in North Carolina to teach certification courses. We will welcome talking to the individual student regarding complaints.Our certification courses are comparable to other licensed schools. The address given by [redacted] is the address of the school, and the email address is the email of an Instructor who resigned teaching from the school on 10/12/2015.We have students who have verify, we never mislead them regarding our accreditation. Students from Care One have graduated from the school and are successful working in the certification courses they completed.Ms. [redacted] can call the school directly to resolve the problem. We have worked with state agencies to train students in [redacted] courses and have never advertise to the state agencies we were accredited.
