Care One of Morris Nursing Home

Review: Account [redacted] Total Amount 626.81for [redacted]My father was transferred to Care One from the hospital for 14 days. I was advised it would be 285 per day. I wrote out a check for $3990 and this was cashed by Care One on 9/25/2014. They continue to send me a bill for medical supplies in the amount of 626.81. I called four times back in October and never received a phone call back. I finally sent a letter with a copy of my father's medicare insurance and medigap insurance and requested they bill them. I also disputed a line item of 186.56 for two heel cushions. He never received these.I thought this was resolved but just received another bill from Care One. They never billed his insurance or took off the line item I am disputing.Desired Settlement: Medical supplies should be billed to my father's insurance - He has medicare and medigap. Care one has this information on file. I am also disputing $186.56 for heel cushions he never received.
